Upon completion of the append process, a permission push is performed to alert your customers that their cell phone number has been integrated into your house file for the purposes of receiving special offers. It provides them with a call to action which will opt them in to receiving SMS messages from your company.
Below is a sample permission push message, sent as an SMS text to your customer’s cell phones:
As a customer of ABC, you have been selected to receive special discounts and offers. If you don’t want to receive offers, REPLY: STOP
With the permission push, customers who do not want to receive offers from your company will have the opportunity to easily opt-out of the program.
Pricing for the MobileMailbox Cell Phone Append service is based on a cost per thousand basis (CPM) on the appended records that responded to the permission push. Allocate five working days for the append process. NDA agreements will be used to protect your customer file.
Note: As an option, you can elect to have MobileMailbox keep a subset of your data, specifically, first name, zip code, and cell phone number (referred to as a sparse file) so that you can enjoy the benefits of our On Demand Push Service or our Private Push Platform.
